About the role
You’ll play a pivotal role in both generating new business and strengthening brand awareness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll identify growth opportunities, manage client relationships, and lead strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Manage CRM systems and track sales pipeline progress
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing analytics, and ROI
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
salary and benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 AUD (Depending on Experience)
- Commission/Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary (performance-based)
