Structural engineering consultancy in their search for a Structural Engineer with 4–7 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is either chartered (CPEng) or progressing toward chartership, and looking to advance into a technical leadership role within a collaborative and well-structured environment. you will play a key role in the design and delivery of a broad range of projects across commercial, residential, education, and institutional sectors. Working closely with clients, architects, and internal project teams, you will take responsibility for technical design, documentation, and quality assurance, while also contributing to mentoring junior engineers and upholding design excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead structural design and documentation using industry-standard tools and processes

Prepare calculations, reports, and deliverables in line with Australian standards

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

Attend design meetings, site inspections, and support construction phase services

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, team development, and process improvement
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

4–7 years of consultancy experience in structural engineering

Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or actively progressing toward it

Proficiency with structural analysis and modelling software (e.g., SPACE GASS, RAPT, ETABS, Revit)

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical reporting skills
